Father's Day is the best!!!

This has to be the best Father's Day in a long time. Karoline and I picked out Kevin a small little token of love. She pick out her Daddy a Shrek card. She was so excited to give it to him. We then proceeded to go to church. Karoline has gotten so good and excited about church. She just goes to the nursery to go "play" all by herself.

We ate lunch with Dubbie and Grandmother. She loves going up there. Of course, she had a blats playing with Seth and Cole. For supper, my parents, Hank, Angel, Granny and Grandaddy came to eat. We grilled steaks and burgers. This was so special because Grandaddy has never been to our house. Karoline loves them not sooooo much and was so excited to see them walking in. Both of them are getting older so every minute we spend with them is a precious one.

Staying busy....

I would like to say......I love being off for summer!!!! It is awesome and oh so addicting! Last Friday, we went swimming with Nicole and Kylee. They are so funny together. They love each other to pieces but sometimes fight like sisters. I can only invision what the future with these 2 will hold. Nicole, I hope we aren't in any trouble.

Here is Evil Karolina....lol. She is NOT AFRAID of hardly anything. I can say she isn't fond of worms and real frogs. I, yes I, picked up a small, tiny frog and she didn't care to much for it.

Today, Tuesday, a family friend Sarah and came to mom's to visit. She has 2 sweet little girls named Aubree Grace and Sophia. Karoline LOVED Sophia as you can see. I think she wants mama to have another, but that isn't happening anytime soon! Sorry Bug!

Just one of those days....

It is so one of those days....Well 2 days. Nothing particular has happened. I have just been in a funk. I wanna lay in bed and sleep. I think with the rainy weather and Karoline napping, I will do that. The living room furniture, which is in the process of being rearranged, can stay for now!!

Summer Summer Summer Time!!

Now that I have officially begun my summer, I am so thrilled!!! I love sleeping somewhat late, lounging around and enjoying some me time!! We went swimming yesterday for the first time this year. Last year, Karoline was my little water baby. She wasn't as excited this year, but still enjoyed herself.

Now....here is my big girl going off the diving board!!! She loved it!! She was a little apprehensive but she was ready!! I really wanted to be the mom just throw her in and she will learn to swim, but I couldn't.
We had fun swimming and can't wait to go again!!! We somehow have to beg daddy to get a country club membership or a pool!! Both are very unlikely!! :(

We had an eventful May. We ventured to Music on The Square, Cookout, Birthdya parties, fun filled times I tell ya!!! Karoline is getting such a personality that we truly have a great time. I look forward to the many fun times and fun places we can go this summer!!!
